  • We cover the cost of return postage within the UK.
  • Damaged or incorrect books are replaced immediately — a photograph is enough.
  • Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Our promise

If a book is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery in resaleable condition and we will refund it in full. We cover the cost of return postage within the United Kingdom.

How to return something

  1. Email us with your order number and which edition you are returning.
  2. We will send you a prepaid returns label (UK) or a returns address (international).
  3. Pack the book so it arrives as it left — a padded envelope or the original box is ideal.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of the book reaching us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your book arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong edition, we will replace it immediately. Send us a photograph and we will sort it — there is no need to return the damaged copy first.

The signed edition

The Signed and Numbered First Edition can be returned under the same 30-day terms. Because each copy is individually numbered, we cannot guarantee that the same number will be available if you later change your mind.

Digital editions

The eBook is sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Refunds for digital purchases are handled under Amazon's own returns policy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
